ОСОБЕННОСТИ ПИЩЕВАРЕНИЯ У БУЙВОЛОВ (BUBALUS BUBALIS)

На основе проведенного аналитического обзора опубликованных работ ведущих научных центров (Азербайджан, Индия, Иран, Пакистан и др.) описаны с достаточной полнотой особенности пищеварения у буйволов сравнительно с крупным рогатым скотом. Отмечено, что кишечник у буйволов развит значительно лучше, чем у Bos taurus: его длина по отношению к туловищу в 20–30 раз больше. Объем рубца у Bubalus bubalis значительно больше, чем у Bos taurus, толщина стенок рубца, сетки, книжки у буйволов тоже значительно толще, чем у коров, в рубце у буйволов находятся более длинные, широкие и толстые ворсинки, сетка у буйволов тоже имеет больший объем чем у Bos taurus.
